In vitro/in vivo Biology, Pharmacology and Behavioural Pharmacological Procedures

Start-up and biotech companies frequently require setting up and validating pharmacological procedures and/or laboratories in environments where such work has not been previously done. McArthur and Associates GmbH will assist in this process through working with our clients to set up the necessary infrastructure, development of expertise and coordinating external studies during this transition period.

• Evaluation and installation of lab facilities. Setting up specific and standard operating procedures and finalization of ethical permits.
• Coordination of the activities between a client and a contract research organisation (CRO). Help with the design of the study to be contracted out and the selection of the CRO. Assessment of technologies and new methods including validation for the sponsors.
• Training of personnel in general pharmacology and its application to specific procedures including new methods and technologies. Supervision and quality assurance of the work carried out by trained personnel employed by the client. This support is also extended to sub-contractors.
• Data analysis and signing off on results of pharmacology studies produced either in-house or by third parties.
