Véronique Foutel, PHD
Dr Véronique Foutel was a former hospital resident of Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris. She holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Université Paris V Descartes. She is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics specializing in health economics, and of the London Business School’s Roche executive leadership programme. Dr Foutel is a Master degree lecturer at the Paris Dauphine University.
During the 16 years that Dr Foutel worked within the F. Hoffman-LaRoche AG Pharma Division in Basel, where she had led Roche’s Global Strategic Pricing function. Dr Foutel has extensive drug market access and pricing experience gained from tenures with French P&R Authorities and in the French, European and North American Pharmaceutical Industry. This pharmaceutical and innovative asset valuing experience places her in a unique position to advise on drug market access in France and around the world. Dr Foutel gives lectures on drug market access conditions (Les Echo Formations). She used to be an executive committee member of a late-stage clinical biotech. Her expertise offers services in strategic access planning, target profiling, value development, pricing, and interactions with EU and French HTA/pricing bodies, and Key Opinion Leaders.
